Description:
A superb example of a very rare model 17. I believe only about 4,500 were manufactured..and this has a QWERTY keyboard. My favorite part is the goldenrod keys. They appear original and in perfect condition. Fully functional and a pleasure to type on. I have the case which is a little worse for wear, but I have it...no key

RESEARCH NOTE: When researching the Torpedo 17 on a computer with lots of screen real estate, you may find that launching the Torpedo Serial Number page and the Torpedo 17 By Model/Year/Serial page in new browser windows can give you interesting perspectives on changes throughout the model series.
