Royal H, Regal Remanufactured in 1941, according to new serial number plate (41 designation in middle). Purchased in 1983 at a library sale in Bellingham, WA for $5.00(!)
Photo shows the poor thing after sitting, uncovered in an unheated garage since 1998. Type specimen made with the existing ribbon, no cleaning.
"La BĂȘte" as she is known is currently across the Puget Sound at the Bremerton Typewriter Company being brought back to life by Paul & Co.. She's due to return to me in Seattle sometime in March. Updates to come.

1934 (?) Royal H, Regal Remanufactured in 1941, according to new serial number plate (41 designation in middle). Purchased in 1983 at a library sale in Bellingham, WA for $5.00(!)
