1933 Woodstock 5N Serial # N353840 1933 Woodstock 5N typewriter, Serial # N353840 Nathan S's 1933 Woodstock 5N typewriter. 2021-04-03 From the Virtual Typewriter Collection of Nathan S: 1933 Woodstock 5N Serial # N353840 This is my 1935 Woodstock 5N. This machine was rebuilt, most likely in 1935. It has it's original hood and spool covers on it, and the rebuild sticker is intact. There is little to no rust on the outside of the machine, and there was some on the insides. This machine has also been waxed, and I think it turned out very well. I am very proud to have this machine in my collection, even though it is a pretty normal Woodstock. Woodstocks are my favorite. Next up for this machine is a new platen. Stay tuned!

For some odd reason, this machine has a locking screw in the shaft for the starwheel. I have not seen this on any other Woodstocks, and I believe it was added aftermarket because the screw is not painted black to match the rest of the frame.

Here is the Dealer Tag. This is the second Wettengel's machine that I own, and the third one that I know of. The first machine that I own that has this tag is my 1946 Woodstock. One of my friends also has an Aztek 300 that has the same tag on the back.
