I hope I'm designating and dating this machine correctly.
It's certainly an early four-bank, but it's a case study in typewriter refurbishing. Around 1950, it was repainted in brown wrinkle paint, given a new decal, and probably given new keytops as well. Beautiful? You decide.
Its base is newer plywood, with the old hardware attached to it.
