Description:
A really nice little Corona 4 with a great story... Purchased from a son of the original owner who's Mother purchased it new in 1927. It arrived to the collection in very nice condition and after a full rubber replacement is a very special writing machine. It has a standard PICA (10CPI) typeface.

My name is Chris (most call me 'Mac')... and... I have a typewriter problem...
I'm currently experiencing an analog mid-life crisis, or it could be an undiagnosed case of Luddism -- I'm not completely sure. Interests creeping into my life include: vinyl records, tube amps, mechanical timepieces, film photography, motorcycles and of course... typewriters.
Keep the ink flying!

RESEARCH NOTE: When researching the Corona 4 on a computer with lots of screen real estate, you may find that launching the Corona Serial Number page and the Corona 4 By Model/Year/Serial page in new browser windows can give you interesting perspectives on changes throughout the model series.
