Description:
I am still working on this one, which is a really nice machine. The horizontal types are just great, I love seeing different things inside a typewriter, and the more solutions to the same problem (that is, typing) you see, the more you learn about these wonderful machines.
Apart from being beautiful, I love the way it works, or to be more precise, the way it WILL work. So far it needs some fine tuning, because the paper gets stuck between the platen and the rollers, and some keys donĀ“t return to their position easily. You can see it in the typeface, several things are not working right.
These are issues I believe I can sort out... I hope.

The first typewriter I saw was my grandpa´s Olivetti Linea 98 at the office. It was just a curio for me. Then I was given a Nakajima, which I didn´t use and my grandfather took it from me because it was easier to handle than the bulky Linea 98. Now I own that typewriter, and I started a little collection in Valladolid, Spain. The Nakajima, which is "my" typewriter only returned home in 2017, almost 20 years later, when he wanted a better typewriter.
A collection that started small grew into something bigger, a nuisace for my family and a great source of satisfaction for me.
