Description:
This Corona 3 was built to cater for the apothecaries that were trading around the turn of the 20th century. The Apothecary keyboard is often known as a 'pharmacy' or 'pharma' keyboard - as the symbols were still used in pharmaceuticals until the 1960's

A resident of Melbourne, Australia. I have too many typewriters, and not enough space. But what can I say? I just love the things!
RESEARCH NOTE: When researching the Corona 3 on a computer with lots of screen real estate, you may find that launching the Corona Serial Number page and the Corona 3 By Model/Year/Serial page in new browser windows can give you interesting perspectives on changes throughout the model series.
