1919 Molle 3 Serial # 2216 1919 Molle 3 typewriter, Serial # 2216 Joel Berger's 1919 Molle 3 typewriter. 2025-06-13 From the Virtual Typewriter Collection of Joel Berger: 1919 Molle 3 Serial # 2216 Though I live in Illinois, only one state from Wisconsin where these may be more commonly found, I purchased this on ebay, shipped to me from Japan! It features the rare MT logo only found on the 2xxx serial numbers. It is in very good shape, and has cleaned up rather well. It could use a spot of paint here and there but otherwise it is a lovely addition to my collection.

I already have dozens of typewriters, mostly the older varieties, from as early as the 1880s though the 1920s, some as late as the late 50s/early 60s.
