My wife bought me this Corona, knowing how pretty it was. What the online listing didn't show was how many parts were missing.

The hardest missing part to replace was the linkage for the ribbon vibrator. Based on one from a 1937 model, I was able to make one out of brass. It works.

A touch of creativity with some wine bottle corks temporarily solved the need for new feet. The oversized carriage spring will have to be replaced with something smaller.
