1919 Century 10 Serial # HS90099 1919 Century 10 typewriter, Serial # HS90099 Richard Polt's 1919 Century 10 typewriter. 2016-11-07 From the Virtual Typewriter Collection of Richard Polt: 1919 Century 10 Serial # HS90099 I recently cleaned up and fixed this machine made in June 1919.

Notable features: a typebasket that tilts up and down (it's hinged in back) and a carriage that is easily removed by unscrewing two screws.

The right ribbon spool is permanently attached to the typewriter; only the left one can be removed.

I recently cleaned up and fixed this machine made in June 1919.
