Smith Premier 10
The one and only front-strike full-keyboard typewriter. Unusual both aesthetically and mechanically for its age.

Changing the ribbon on this machine isn't so easy...
No drawbands or drawcords here.. the mainspring move the carriage by gears.
Aside the classic Smith Premier Keyboard, this machine has keyboard-activated ribbon switch and a column selector.
The keyboard and column selectors rules cam be turned up, so you can set them without turning the machine.
The basket has longer and shorter typebars... this was necessary to fit all 84 (!) Typebars on it.
