Description:
This is a pretty Chicago from my collection. It works fine except that on a few characters, the type cylinder doesn't turn far enough and the characters are displaced from their proper position on the page.
I'm guessing a manufacture date near the end of production. The highest Chicago serial number in Herman Price's data is 89284. The latest reference to the Chicago that I can find in Typewriter Topics is 1916, and sources say that production ended in 1917.
