The tabulator device has its own serial number (# 4284).
The typewriter is clean, complete, was obviously very well cared (it cames from Cordoba city, one of the dryest places in Argentina) the chrome looks beautiful, the black paint shines like new, and is impossible to find rust anywhere.
Of course writes with a firmly touch, and the carriage is surprisingly light on the move.
In few words, can be defined as "what happens when happiness take a typewriter shape".

RESEARCH NOTE: When researching the Continental Standard Tabulator on a computer with lots of screen real estate, you may find that launching the Continental Serial Number page and the Continental Standard Tabulator By Model/Year/Serial page in new browser windows can give you interesting perspectives on changes throughout the model series.
