Is a first model 5 of Torpedo typewriter. From the year 1911 ,..the first year of production. A model totally different to the rest of models 5,...with the characteristics of the model 4. The machine has its structure with four columns (Remington Style) -- the model 5 has not these columns --,..the logo in relief and in silver tone -- the model 5 has the normal decal in golden tone --,..has different back side,..and the most impressive...a "folding door" on its front with the most beautiful logo Torpedo. All these characteristics are exceptional in the model 5,..as i told you,..must be due to it was produced on that first year and the change of the model 4 to the model 5 was not complete still.
