I have been collecting now for close to ten years. I have met some of the greatest people, I have made road trips to pick up some of my typers and I have been to some typer gatherings. I find this sub-culture one that fits in with my personality.
RESEARCH NOTE: When researching the Harris Visible on a computer with lots of screen real estate, you may find that launching the Harris Serial Number page and the Harris Visible By Model/Year/Serial page in new browser windows can give you interesting perspectives on changes throughout the model series.
