Description:
Attractive Swiss index typewriter by Gertsch & Cie., Fleurier. Swiss patent no. 52728. Made by Rymtowt-Prince Cie., Geneva, who also produced the "Velograph", the 1st Swiss typewriter. With enamel type index and original cover. Serial no. 1035. The manufacturer also tried to sell it in the USA as "The New America" through Robert Ingersoll, but without great success. – Not in Ernst Martin's book!
