Description:
This is a weird-looking machine but its principles are modern. The typebar set can be exchanged. This serial number is closer to the model 9 series in our data than to the 10 series, but the machine is definitely marked Model 10 (though the 10 can't be seen in the photo).

RESEARCH NOTE: When researching the Pittsburg 10 on a computer with lots of screen real estate, you may find that launching the Pittsburg Serial Number page and the Pittsburg 10 By Model/Year/Serial page in new browser windows can give you interesting perspectives on changes throughout the model series.
