Sick of troublesome computes I started looking for an old manual typewriter so I could just *write*. That was early summer 2024.
By early fall I had over three dozen and was fairly comfortable doing simple repairs, like broken mainspring and the dreaded "Frozen Facit" Syndrome...
I still don't consider myself a typewriter collector but a typewiter *user*, and yes that is getting harder and harder to say with a straight face.
I'm from southwestern Scania close to Denmark and Germany, a terminal Antares degenerate, and very proud member of the Swedish Typosphere - I have the Erika to prove it!
