0 Points, Typewriter Hunter

A novice hunter looking to learn more. Have had a 1938 Underwood for years, but it was more to look at on the shelf than for use. That was all I had. After my uncle died, my aunt gave me his 1970s Brother Accord 10. Not much of a standout as far as curb appeal, but it worked well and I actually started typing on it. That's when things started clicking (pun serendipitous). Have since started combing the typical haunts to see what's out there. Have picked up a few, but the number is growing quickly (wondering if I should be concerned about that). So far I've been able to clean up a few and get the keys working again. It's rewarding and pretty relaxing on some levels. Picked up Polt's book and have enjoyed that. This database has become regular reference point for me. Hope to be adding galleries soon to contribute as others have.
