Description:
This SG 1 S was used in an administration, which is why it has a special keyboard layout for a normal German keyboard. Unfortunately, the carriage was too big for me at about 80 cm and I had to replace the carriage with a normal one from an SG 1 N. But I'm still looking for a new carriage.

I'm just someone who writes with a typewriter. I'm actually a photographer. I am not a collector!
RESEARCH NOTE: When researching the Olympia SG1S on a computer with lots of screen real estate, you may find that launching the Olympia Serial Number page and the Olympia SG1S By Model/Year/Serial page in new browser windows can give you interesting perspectives on changes throughout the model series.
