It was last used in 1980, and sat in his closet until I purchased it from him in 2017. Wonderful machine in both action and appearance. I often display it with a miniature candelabra sitting on the ribbon cover, emphasizing its piano-like appearance. Truly heirloom quality.

Description:

Acquired from an Albuquerque-based scientist, whose father used it in college in the 1940s, and he used it in college in the 1970s. It was last used in 1980, and sat in his closet until I purchased it from him in 2017. Wonderful machine in both action and appearance. I often display it with a miniature candelabra sitting on the ribbon cover, emphasizing its piano-like appearance. Truly heirloom quality.
