Four-bank front stroke portable produced for a few months by Victor Adding Machine Co., of Chicago, Ill. USA from a design patented by Max Garbell for his "Venus" typewriter. Design is also reminiscent of Garbell's original thrust-action gearing for his first machine, the "Garbell".
Victor Adding Machine Co. purchases Victor Typewriter Co. naming rights for manufacturing typewriters under the name "Victor". This is the third and last iteration of the "Victor" name on a typewriter design.
