1954 Continental Standard

Serial #2110251

I think the design is from the 40's and became applied in the beginning 50's.
The spools have an additional cover, which makes it hard to change the ribbon spool.
Over the time, most owners got rid of those.

A bit complicated is also the paper holder. After you folded it out you have to slide it to the right,in the middle.
The meassurements of the platen are 30 cm,the frame of the waggon measures 36 cm and the rear rod measures 48 cm (size III?).
Please ignore the keytop.Someone has exchanged that with one of an Erika 10.
The original one would have been the same as the one on an early Rheinmetal Gs in black.
I will remove that in the future.
