196X's something Smith Corona Galaxie Deluxe that is my only typewriter currently; all others were sold due to moving. It belonged to a Texas A&M professor it's whole life according to the lady I bought it from, she was the wife of said professor. It was hand carried to work daily until computers took over. I can only imagine having to lug this guy during my commute!
