A clean machine with Elite Italic typeface. This SM3 has been restored and absolutely shines! Andrew at Typewriter Rehab reluctantly parted with this machine and no doubt it will be returned to him someday by my adult kids. I’ve left this direction inside the case. No. 41 typeface

I have many pen pals and correspond via handwritten and typed letters. I have a (painful) sitting disability and type while standing- UPDATE! I can also type on an ultraportable I set up on my bed. Typing and collecting machines with different typefaces keeps me busy and happily distracted from the difficulties in life-fountain pens, too, and I can write legibly, in cursive, while laying down.
