The Imperial Model D. Comes with the case, two tab stops and one ribbon spool.
1923 example, as determined by the approximated serial range. No bill of sale, unfortunately.
Another Imperial Import Company machine.
The base bears the serial 51395, the keybpard has the serial D55141.
