Description:
Seems to follow the normal serial # for the Universal. This was a dream machine for a long time, scored it on shopgoodwill.com for $110 including shipping. Needed a new motor which I stole from a parts machine, and feet which I bought from Tony Casillo which work great. Still needs a case.
There are 4 differences I can find between this machine and other Universals:
1) The US Navy decal
2) 9 cpi pitch
3) All capital letters
4) A lock to secure the carriage from bobbing when the shift key is not depressed. See photos.
