I'm a typewriter enthusiast, a collector from Dallas, Texas, USA. I collect and restore antique typewriters, mainly manual typewriters. I started collecting typewriters in 2018 and by the time when I started, I collected mainly desktop typewriters. By August, 2022, my collection has over 200 typewriters and currently my major interest is collecting antique typewriters with different typefaces, focusing of sans-serif. I have a huge typeface collection and I'm trying to upload all my different typewriter typefaces in to the typewriter database.
I am a scientist by profession and I conduct basic science research to understand molecular mechanism of transport of metal ions across the biological membranes.
