I noticed on the generic SCM plastic case that instead of saying Smith Corona it said Simpsons. Simpsons was a well known now defunct Canadian Dept Store chain. As well on the back panel it also says Simpsons.
Made in Singapore as is the case it came in.

I found this typer in excellent condition at our local Goodwill store for $20. I noticed on the generic SCM plastic case that instead of saying Smith Corona it said Simpsons. Simpsons was a well known now defunct Canadian Dept Store chain. As well on the back panel it also says Simpsons.
Made in Singapore as is the case it came in.
