Although it comes in an ugly plastic case with an unpleasant smell, I really love this machine. It is super sturdy, reliable, typing like a dream and a nice piece of honest engineering.
And yes, it is great to carry around and type a page or two outside the house. Looks good in any context - even on a window sill!

I actually use my typewriters to type, so one should be sufficient. But there are way too many interesting typewriters around. However, my space is very limited so I try to restrict myself.
