This is a 1953 Remington Quiet-Riter. This would be the first typewriter I ever bought. You could actually say it was my second, due to the fact when I bought a first one of the same model, it broke during shipping. So I had to return it. But then I bought another one and it arrived in its case unscathed. This isn't exactly the best typewriter I own, but its definitely one to own if your looking for your first typewriter. I don't use this one much, due to the fact that you kinda have to press the keys harder than you normally would on another typewriter. But this thing definitely has sentimental value to me and it will definitely stay in my collection.
