This machine already got its ribbon vibrator replaced, thanks to a kind donor. It also needs new rollers and a new platen. But just pressing the keys, wow: that is a great feeling.
This is a German machine which has a "Reichsmark" key. One issue it has for English is that it is entirely missing an apostrophe key! Although it has double quotes and a backtick or grave accent.
- 2002-06 to 2022-08: new platen, new feet, and new bail rollers
- 2024-04-01: new pictures.

I started collecting my first pre-WW2 standard typewriters in 2017. Since then I have added a few machines to my collection, which now ranges from the 1890s to the 1980s. As of 2020, I have more big standard (desktop) typewriters than portables, and a few standard electrics.
