The very essence of cheapness. The carriage, especially, seems almost fragile. I bought it at an estate sale. It had a half-black and half-correction ribbon in it which littered the insides with white flecks. But it looked like this was the original ribbon and it looks like it was only about 1/3 used. After messing with this cheap machine I can see why. The carriage makes a groaning/grinding noise part way across when doing a CR. The carriage seems attached to the body by only the flimsiest of means. Touch is stiff, space bar depresses so low that my thumb hits the sharp edge of the plastic body every time. I'm almost wishing I could get my $4 back from the estate sale. In looking through some of the other galleries I have discovered that this machine is actually a Maritsa 30, or pretty close.
