This is the machine that I used through my high school years before it met an inglorious fate and fell to the wayside many years ago. The sad fact is that it's electric, and worse, one that uses those dreaded proprietary Smith-Corona cartridges. Still, it was nice to catch up with my old friend, and as the expression goes, it's better late than never, right?
