1977 Olivetti Lettera 32 Serial # 1004328 1977 Olivetti Lettera 32 typewriter, Serial # 1004328 Martha Lea's 1977 Olivetti Lettera 32 typewriter. 2015-10-04 From the Virtual Typewriter Collection of Martha Lea: 1977 Olivetti Lettera 32 Serial # 1004328 A little bit too much plastic in this one. However, it types nicely. I gave the ribbon cover some green, basically to practice spraying bits of typewriters. It worked out ok, and I like the way the original colour blends with the new one. It hasn't had a clear coat yet in these pictures.

(edit) The fact that this is a seventies machine now makes complete sense re. the amount of plastic. I do find those serial numbers confusing!

Now living with its new 11 year old owner.
