Bought this on Shopgoodwill.com and it arrived dirty and dusty and the keys wouldn't make the ribbon rise. Travis said, It just needs to be cleaned. So today (1/19/2018) I spent three hours cleaning it with Meyers geranium scented cleaner and q-tips. I saw a little dangling spring and attached it and the ribbon vibrator is working now, too. It's a beauty. The ugly duckling became a prince. Sold for $40 on 2/10/18
