Description:
An early Olympia SM2 coated with a wonderful bordeaux color. I spent a few hours changing the weird hard rubbers (which weren't hard anymore), removing the marks of Tipp-Ex orgies, cleaning and lubricating it. Now it works again and it looks quite nice, doesn't it?

Actually working with computers in my professional life I take the old mechanics as a compensation. I prefer machines manufactured before WWII, but I don't despise beautiful and good working typewriters from the fifties and sixties like e.g. the Olympia Splendid.
