This was the 2nd index model produced by the Sun Type-Writer Company of New York. Typewriter gods of yore have dubbed it the "Dogbone" model because of shape of its base. Mine is missing its type rail so if you have this part, or an entire typewriter that I could use for parts or upgrade to, then please contact me.
